We are seeking a professional and client oriented full-time receptionist in our Hamilton office. As our receptionist you will be the first point of contact for telephone calls and visitors to our office, including potential clients, current clients and other professionals. You will play an important role in managing client intakes, which includes collecting relevant information and ensuring proper follow up is completed.

Having 1-2 years of office experience, receptionist or customer service is an asset. To be successful in this position the you must have the ability to multi-task in a busy environment; knowledge of multi-line phone systems; the ability to interact with clients, other offices and staff in a professional and friendly manner; a positive attitude and the ability to work as part of a team; strong organizational skills; advanced verbal and written English skills; an interest in learning about personal injury law; and the ability to take initiative.

This position is regular working hours, Monday to Friday, 8:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. The successful candidate will have a proven record of punctuality and reliability.

Salary and benefits will be commensurate with education and experience.
