Scarfone Hawkins LLP is an established and growing law firm with 30 plus lawyers.  We are looking for someone who fits in with the Scarfone Hawkins LLP approach to our clients and can work with our team. 

We are seeking a mid-level associate to join our Commercial/General Litigation law group. The ideal candidate will have at least three (3) to five (5) year’s relevant experience, exceptional verbal and written communication skills and a demonstrated responsibility for and carriage of managing commercial/general litigation files.

The ideal candidate would have experience in a broad range of litigation matters, including corporate-commercial disputes, shareholder and oppression remedy claims, bankruptcy and insolvency, employment claims, real property and construction claims, debt collection issues, etc., and a commitment to working in a growing Hamilton firm.  Remuneration will be commensurate with experience and ability and we are open to compensation based on productivity.
