MayLex Litigation P.C. is a growing boutique law firm focusing on estate and capacity litigation and professional negligence (LAWPRO) in the area of estates and family law. While we service clients all over Ontario, we have offices in Hamilton, Toronto, and Thunder Bay.  Most recently, we have been recognized 2026 edition of Best Law Firms – Canada as a Tier 1 Toronto firm and a Tier 2 National firm - in the area of Trusts and Estates Law. 

We are looking to add another litigation lawyer with family law experience to help support the significant and continued growth of our family law professional negligence practice. Estate litigation experience would be an asset, but not necessary.  We offer competitive compensation, mentorship and sponsorship where the development of the individual lawyer and increasing their professional profile is of significant importance. We work “horizontally” which means that all lawyers and staff work together as a team in the best interests of our clients. As this is a hybrid position, the candidate must be comfortable working remotely for part of the time. They must also be open to travel, if necessary.  Commitment to excellence in terms of work product and client service is key.
