Signed documentation can be scanned and emailed back to my office OR uploaded to Unity for my pickup and distribution to the relevant parties to complete lender funding and close the transactions.

Reporting letters are either scanned and emailed OR uploaded to Unity for you to print, assemble enclosures and mail to your clients.

Reporting letters for lenders are completed in the manner required by the solicitor’s instructions.
