    Busy law office seeking an associate lawyer. Minimum of 2 years experience working in various types of real estate transactions and corporate/commercial work.

    This is a 12 months role for mat leave coverage with potential to convert to permanent position at the end of the contract.

    Types of law we practice:

    -       Commercial/Residential real estate transactions

    -       Secured lending/Private lending

    -       Corporate and commercial (incorporations, rollovers, reorganizations)

    -       Land development

    Salary to commensurate with experience. The ideal candidate would be someone who takes ownership of their roles and looks beyond the "checklist" and is willing to understand the reasoning behind the tasks.
