Real Estate Clerk

Startek Law is growing and we are looking for an experienced real estate clerk to join our firm and expanding real estate department.  Startek Law has been providing quality legal services to Hamilton, Halton, Niagara and the surrounding area for over 45 years.  Startek Law supports a friendly, cooperative and safe work environment.

The ideal candidate will work closely with our lawyers and other members of our real estate team and must have experience with residential purchases and sales, condominium transactions, refinancing, mortgages, new home/building construction, commercial transactions, severances, searches and drafting of documents.  The candidate must be proficient in Unity, Teraview, have knowledge of Title Insurance and possess strong communication and organizational skills. 

Competitive salary negotiable and commensurate upon experience.
