Administrative Assistant required for a Labour and Employment law firm that represents Employers exclusively. The successful candidate will provide administrative support to a Partner; and provide assistance as required to a Partner and other Legal Assistant. The primary focus of the position will be to assist with the transition of the office to Electronic client files, including historic file scanning, preservation, logging and file destruction. The successful candidate will also assist with client document preparation (Court and Tribunal filings and materials); ongoing electronic filing; file and time management; reviewing and routing client communications (including reception duties); time entry and billing; and other duties as assigned. Seeking candidates who are detail oriented, exceptionally organized and have strong written and verbal communication skills. Experience and ability in effectively and efficiently using Adobe Pro is necessary. In person work only. Interested candidates are asked to submit their cover letter and resume.
