Our Commercial, Estates and Civil Litigation Department provides a wide range of services to our clients, including proceedings and (private arbitrations related to shareholder and partnership disputes, real property disputes, claims for breaches of contract, injunctions, construction, negligence, challenges to Wills and Powers of Attorney, as well as providing general civil and commercial litigation advice to our clients.
