We are seeking a junior associate to join our team. The candidate should have 2 to 4 years’ experience concentrated in residential and commercial real estate, land development and new home construction and sales. Experience in commercial financing transactions would be beneficial. The candidate will be responsible for assessing and advising on real property transactions, risk factors and potential legal complications with residential and commercial real estate and financing transactions, as well as assisting in land development work. The successful candidate must have the capacity to work independently and collaboratively within the group, exercising good judgement, a strong work ethic and positive team approach while working in a fast-paced environment demonstrating responsibility for the carriage and management of files.
