Kinch Law is an established law firm in Stoney Creek. Kinch Law has been serving Hamilton and the surrounding areas for close to 2 decades. We are seeking a full-time Receptionist with a minimum of two (2) years’ experience. This candidate will work closely in the areas of Family Law, Estate Planning and Estate Administration.

This position requires a candidate with great organizational skills, written and oral skills, has the ability to prioritize tasks and can multi-task. Duties of this position include; answering the telephone, taking initial intake calls, preparation of pleadings, drafting correspondence and emails, completing dictation, preparing invoices, communicating with clients and scheduling appointments.
