We are currently seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will work closely within a team, consisting of one lawyer and a senior law clerk, to support the day-to-day operations of their busy estate litigation and estate administration practice. The administrative support provided by the candidate will include:
· Transcription of legal correspondence and documentation
· Management of calendars, including scheduling client meetings, court appearances, and internal deadlines
· Organization of all incoming and outgoing correspondence and emails
· Scanning and electronically cataloguing estate documents and belongings within the document management system
· Assisting with other administrative duties as required to support the team
Qualifications:
Completion of a post-secondary legal office administration program

Salary and compensation will be commensurate with experience.
